Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband! :)

Well, actually his birthday was yesterday.... I had a surprise party for him last Saturday. I really believe that he had no idea about what was going on. Thank you to everyone who joined us. You helped to make the party even better and it meant a lot to David to have you at our house. I hope you all had a wonderful time (or at least got a good laugh during David's game!)... I certainly did.



Also, earlier last week David and I installed a ceiling fan in our bedroom. I know what you're thinking, "What's so great about that?", right? Well I was amazed by it because of the remote. Normally I would think that a remote for a ceiling fan was kind of pointless unless you have 20+ ft ceilings. Ours are only 10 BUT our bedroom isn't pre-wired for a fan. Then I discovered that the remote has a thermostat that will adjust the speed of the fan based on your set temp. I'm sure this is not a new invention in any way, but I have never seen that before and so I think it's great. These are the things you get excited for after you get married! LOL-I love it.
